In industrially produced nougat, the main ingredient is refined sugar: inexpensive and easy to process.
Our exclusive recipe does not use refined sugars or industrial syrups, but only honey, known for millennia for its antioxidant properties and its contribution to the well-being of the digestive system and the immune system.
Our only sweetener is completely natural, unfiltered and unpasteurized honey.
We use the highest-quality, non-GMO almonds from the current year’s harvest. We leave the skin on, a great source of fiber. Our exclusive recipe contains over 70% almonds in each serving, making our nougat the highest in protein on the market.

The white wafer is made with natural ingredients (potato starch, sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin) and makes up only 1% of the recipe. It allows the nougat to be held in your hand without sticking to your fingers.
For the lemon, orange, and vanilla versions, we use strictly natural flavors, with no colorings or preservatives.
How is it produced?
The haste and high temperatures typical of modern industrial nougat production are not part of our culture.
Our nougat is cooked slowly at a low temperature to preserve all the nutrients and natural aroma, using ancient Italian artisanal techniques that enhance every ingredient.
We don’t buy almonds that have been roasted months in advance. Our almonds are fresh and roasted on the spot as an integral part of the production process for each individual batch.
While still warm, they are dipped in honey, which seals in their fragrance and aroma.
The egg white is whipped with honey and cooked at a low temperature to preserve all its nutrients.
Only after 5 hours (for industrial nougat made with sugar and glucose, 40 minutes is enough), our nougat has reached the necessary consistency and can be mixed with freshly toasted almonds.
The dough is pressed into a sheet, wafer paper is applied to both sides, and it is cut into pieces.
Each piece is individually packaged right away to preserve its full fragrance.
The batch is then shipped under controlled temperatures and delivered directly to the customer who previously ordered it.
